Dan was awesome! I was able to get on his schedule extremely quickly, which was great with our 1-year home warranty coming up. He was very thorough going through our house and detailed in his descriptions on things that we need to address for our home. He even got up on our crazy roof to check for any damages. I would highly recommend this company. He even sent us this massive report with photos shortly after his visit. I feel so much better about our house now that he’s come out to inspect it. Also, my dog loved him (she doesn’t like like new people coming into our house so that says something!). Two of my neighbors have also used him for their inspections. I highly recommend.
