Colorado Home Inspection Plus was established in 2010, with over 3000 homes inspected.
Dan is the sole inspector at Colorado Home Inspection Plus, has been in the home inspection business for many years with an InterNACHI, mold, well testing, radon and wood-destroying organism certification under his belt.
Prior to his current occupation, Dan was employed in property management which motivated him to be a home inspector.
When he is not busy inspecting, he enjoys playing a few rounds of golf.
